A double row terminal block. Thermoplastic base with plated brass terminals.
Handles wire range with binding head screw from 10-14 AWG or 12-22 AWG with sems pressure saddle screw.

This is a left over from a project. For this we have used stainless steel brackets (see 4th picture).
